便秘無曬

食生情況:
提高左食生比率約50-70%,基本上而家既做法係係屋企食就RAW,出街就熟食(但係沒有指定素食)。


濕疹情況:穩定左,以前嚴重個時係一起身用清水洗面,塊面係痛架,就算用保濕CREAM都唔會吸收,但係而家好似少左發炎,,查左D CREAM好似會吸收,皮膚真係明顯好左(濕疹比較少既地方)。
食生暫時濕疹變化唔大,主要係穩定左。但有個好大大大大大大變化,就係便秘無左。如果食生維持50%以上(一定要有菜係度)一日兩次基本係一定有,如果個日食肉多左,好似以前咁既飲食,又再次便秘。就係有得去都唔會ALL得清,個肚都係脹住脹住,個感覺差好遠的。
我一向都有便秘情況,兩三日先去一次,唔知有濕疹既你地係咪都有呢個問題。可能真係D 野留係身體太耐,將D毒素吸返返去身體度。以常識諗諗,ALL D野出黎甘臭,自己都頂唔順,點解要留係個身體不斷比佢吸收呢?
仲有一個發現就係,原來你食乜野真係ALL出黎係乜野,好似呢句好廢。我想講係我升左食生,食素(不落調味料),ALL出黎既便便真係無味。食多D有味精,調味料既野,ALL出黎既便便十分之臭。真係YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT。

其實便秘真係一個好大問題,唔係脹住脹住甘簡單,我知道好多人因為秘便而去醫院通便。而且都會因為呢個問題而得到腸癌,所以唔好話搞唔搞得店濕疹先,最起碼搞店我既便秘,我相信都會將食生放係我以後既飲食餐單內。雖然搞咁耐都未100%食生,又出街食呀,又食肉呀,又食M記呀,主要我係未READY,其實搞濕疹好易但又好難,就係100%食生,大約半年至一年就可以斷尾。

同中醫講拜拜


中藥都唔再食了

因為我所睇既資料,都係透過飲食醫返好曬。都唔洗任何醫生幫手,不論西醫,中醫,自然療法。同埋基本上大部分人都行過以上既路,都係行唔通,先至行RAW DIET呢條路去醫濕疹,結果又比佢地成功WO。
我之前睇過一中醫,基本上都係無用,之後係灣仔睇左個有用WO,大概食左兩星期藥,退曬。但好快又出返黎,之後一直再食,都係無乜用,平均都要%60—$80蚊一日藥,都幾貴下。之後轉中醫,呢個都幾出名,佢開左一個月藥比我,未食RAW時,食佢D藥係乜反應,但食左RAW之後,好似D濕疹發得好西利,唔知係唔係排毒反應。因為太勁,我選擇唔食了,我情願選擇無甘勁,等身體慢慢好返。同埋主要係唔知係咪真係有效呀MA。甘不如唔食啦,食RAW我起碼知道個D係排毒反應,身體能夠接受既。
大家都知啦,網上世界既野未必真,好多時我抄下你,扮自己野。所以我做個紀錄話比大家知我身體既反應,唔代表中醫無用。

始終未能100%食生


因為始終未能習慣。始終食左咁多年熟食,無啦啦要轉都難頂,同埋身體真係會出現好多不良既反應。
肚餓,頭暈,低糖,腳軟,精神不集中,見到野食好想食,最緊要好難同其他人食野,影響交際。
而家都係絰持係50%食生,每日都最少一杯GREEN SMOOTHIE,希望身體快D適應。
其實主要係自己既心引,因為呢條路唔係一時三刻就可以改變,可以將濕疹醫好,係中途仲會嚴重左,所以會好想好想放棄。希望自己可以盡快紜食生%提高,同可以令身體快D好返。

活生生失敗例子,重新出發


12/20/2016重新出發
自從食左3日RAW後,跟住幾日其實都係食返熟野,而且食埋D零食,西多士(我知錯啦)。主要原因係食左RAW之後,熟食隱愈來愈大。其實講到尾都係自己既意志薄弱,成日係度諗食埋呢餐先啦個D廢話。我今日20/12/2016仲食緊M記。我相信過埋今日,我基本上都唔會再比藉口自己食D垃圾食品。
我打呢個BLOG主要都係提醒自己唔好放棄,我相信呢個飲食一定得既。

濕疹情況:
之前講到因為發得好勁,所以食RAW個幾日都有用類固醇。,之後D皮膚緊係好左啦。但係呢幾日又食埋D零食呀,西多士呀,M記呀,而且CUT斷曬所有藥,不論中西醫。立即發得仲西利,發到全身都係。之前有過濕疹既地方都出返黎。面部都好西利(只限面部用類固醇,一好返小小就會停,因為始終要返工MA)。
但係有D奇怪就係,今次發返既濕疹,係發得好西利,但係佢又唔算好痕,而且我又無用任何保濕CREAM,只係乾燥個隻乾。

DAY1-DAY4食生經過


DAY1:

無乜感覺,好似平時甘樣,可能前一日有D熟食頂住

DAY2:
早上帶左D水果返公司食,到了下午既時侯,愈來愈肚餓,感覺血糖有D低,身 體唔習慣甘既飲食。同埋發覺所吸收既碳水化合物好似唔夠足夠。都唔理啦,肚餓當自己斷食緊啦,唔死人既,返到屋企立即食返碟SALAD
DAY3:
都係帶水果返去食,亦都有肚餓,頭暈既應覺,而且個人好想食熟食,個人開始亂諗野,見到D野食好想食,最緊要係身邊既人唔理解你,乜你食幾個生果就夠啦??甘戒口法得唔得架?好多人開始CHAGGLLENGE你,而且呢個日天氣由23度急轉下14度,十分之難頂,好想食熱野, 個身好凍,最終呢日都係好D訓算。

甘樣總算食生食左3日,甘D濕疹有咩變化?因此我之前因為發得好西利,我係有用類固醇類藥膏既,同埋食緊中藥。所以我既濕疹穩定左,但都唔知道關邊樣野事。
目標開始戒曬所以藥,不論中藥,還是類固醇類藥膏。

DAY4:
今日全日食左熟野,呢個唔係計劃之內,因為天氣太凍,同                      埋個人既意志太薄弱。但我都盡量食D比較清淡既野,但好衰唔衰食左個M記。大家千其唔好學我。
我覺得如果身體還未適應食生,可以盡量調節下,如一星期食3日生,4日熟,(但唔代表呢幾日可以任意甘食)之後將個比例提升。當然人地話要100%先會治好病,但如果你個身體未READY,會嚴重影響你既心情,令你好易放棄。

當中最有趣的提到中國人(別忘記大家是同一基因,所以呢個研究十分可信)的慢性疾病在不同地區的患病率相差十分之大。主要原因係有錢既地方因為食太多肉而引致的

講下自己既濕疹先 ,我有左濕疹8年,一直睇西醫都未好過。主要係背部,面部。近排食左中藥濕疹大爆發,唔知關唔關事,而個醫生又唔係香港睇症,唯有再用類固醇CREAM,繼而轉睇第二個中醫。我問個中醫係咪冇得斷尾,佢竟然好有自信甘話有,我真係半信半疑。

I Healed My Daughter's Eczema With A Raw Diet Hero Image
This is my daughter Maya. She's had eczema since she was a baby. After her first birthday, she experienced an enormous flare-up, the first of many. Her entire body was covered with large, red scaly spots. Her pediatrician prescribed steroids and told us to remove cow's milk from her diet and replace it with goat's milk. This treatment seemed to work; she recovered very fast.
However, she soon started getting colds all the time that got progressively worse. We worried that her new symptoms were due to the steroids, since they're such a strong type of medication. We also worried that we hadn't solved whatever underlying problem was there.
When Maya turned four, her eczema suddenly returned. This time, we didn't want to put her on steroids because of how she'd reacted the first time. Instead, we tried naturopathy, eliminating gluten and milk, and sticking to a sugar-free diet. After about six months of following this diet and some homeopathic treatment, her eczema was almost gone, with only small spots left on her arms. We gave her long sleeved shirts and she was good ... for a while.
When she turned 7, Maya's eczema returned, worse than ever. Once again, we turned to natural methods and spent hours researching cures. We had her undergo more testing and finally learned that, in addition to her skin condition, she had candida and parasites.
Our naturopath created a new diet for Maya to cure the candida and parasites. We removed meat, eggs, and sweets from her diet, and she basically lived off cooked grains, steamed vegetables, olive oil, and coconut oil. She also ate seeds, some fruits (like apples, pears, and berries) and a little bit of fish.
But her condition seemed to worsen every week. After months of trying to kill the candida, we almost killed our daughter with all the new diets we tried out of desperation. By then, Maya was losing weight and looking ill. Her gut must have been so damaged and incapable of absorbing nutrition.
I was scared and nervous, and ready to go back to drugs just to get her some relief. Right around then, I discovered a vegan community on Instagram and learned about treating candida with a high-carb, raw foods diet. Though it sounded wacky, I was willing to try anything.
The next day, I started “Banana Island," a 10-day program of eating only bananas. I tested it on myself and surprisingly, it felt amazing. I didn't think twice and put my entire family on this plan. They were happy; I noticed right away a huge burst of energy and a dramatic improvement in their moods.
For the next three months, Maya and her brothers ate mostly fruits, some leafy greens and vegetables with some healthy fats like avocado, coconut, nuts, and seeds in healthy amounts. After three months of detox, Maya’s skin started to heal.
We've been following a raw diet for six months now, and she still has a few tiny dry spots. They fade a little more every day and she is a happy and pretty girl.
For now, we're all sticking to the raw foods diet. Everyone in our family has great energy and feels amazing. Our family is traveling the world, soaking up the sun, and sharing our experiences on our video blog.

素食治濕疹


Plant-Based Vegan Diets Can Dramatically Improve Eczema and Asthma.

At AD RescueWear, we like to report on new research in the area of eczema and asthma. I know personally about elimination diets, as our family is gluten and dairy free. It may not be the case for everyone, but my youngest daughter’s eczema disappeared when I removed gluten from her diet. So did all her GI issues and she was very sick. An elimination diet is easy to try and has no side effects which is not the case with prescription drugs for eczema and asthma. I urge you to consider an elimination diet or a plant-based diet if you are struggling with uncontrollable asthma or eczema. Below there are links for you to research yourself. Read below on how a plant-based, vegan diet may improve serious eczema and asthma symptoms.


There is new research that is strongly suggesting that plant-based, vegan diets are helpful for people struggling with stubborn eczema and life disrupting asthma. A diet of fruits and vegetables is well known to prevent illnesses but now researchers are claiming it not only prevents but also can effectively treat eczema and asthma. A small study put 20 patients with stubborn eczema on a vegetarian diet and at the end of two months their symptoms were cut in half. These results are similar to treating eczema and asthma with strong prescription drugs with side effects. Why not try a vegetarian diet and skip the powerful drugs and dangerous side effects? Unfortunately, this particular study had an extremely restricted vegetarian, calorie restricted diet. Possibly a more conventional, plant-based diet would be more practical and easy to follow with possibly the same benefits.

The Linkoping University Hospital in Sweden did a study for one year on individuals that had severe asthma. These researchers found individuals with a life history of severe, life threatning asthma. This group had extreme asthma. 35 subjects had long-established, hospital-verified bronchial asthma for an average of 12 years. Of the 35, 20 had been admitted to the hospital for acute asthmatic attacks during the last 2 years. Of these, 1 patient received emergency IV drugs 23 times during this period and another had been to the hospital 100 times requiring treatment. One patient experienced cardiac arrest during an asthma attack and had been brought back to life on a ventilator. At the beginning of this study, these individuals were on up to eight different asthma medicines, with an average of four and a half drugs per person. None were improving. Twenty of the 35 were constantly using cortisone, a powerful steroid with dangerous side effects.


The participants in the study had to consume a strict plant based, vegan diet for one year. The results were amazing. 71% of the participants that completed the study reported improvements in just four months and 92% of the participants saw an improvement after 1 year. With the improvement, the participants also experienced a drastic decrease in medication consumption. They decreased their medication need from 4.5 drugs down to 1.2 and some were able to discontinue cortisone. Researchers saw major improvements in lung function and quality of life in all the participants that completed the study.
